A private yoga session can be the perfect introduction for anyone who is shy of the idea of starting or refining a yoga practice in a class setting. With personalized private or small group yoga sessions your yoga practice can improve within a short time and is also a great way to help you create your own home practice. You can also benefit from Private Yoga Sessions when you have special needs that include high blood pressure, infertility, pregnancy, arthritis, MS or other challenges. Private sessions are especially helpful when recovering from an illness or injury.
Booking Your Sessions
For sessions desired before 9am, 24 hours advance reservations are required.
Cancellations require 12 hours advance notice or the full fee is assessed.
Prices for 90 Minute Privates
US$ 80.00 for 1-4 people
Additional students above 4 up to a maximum of six total – US$ 15.00 per student
Prepayment for four sessions for 1-4 people – US$ 290.00
Rates are for private classes at Canggu & Kerobokan area.
An additional travel charge of $20.00 per class will be applied for classes at Sanur/Ubud/Tabanan.
Payment only by cash in Indonesian Rupiah calculated at current daily exchange rate.
For guests who present their KITAS, KITAP, Social Budaya, Business or Retirement visa qualify for a 15 % discount on private classes.
When you’re new to yoga, it can be hard to know where to start. Don’t worry, at Chakra Yoga we love yoga newbies and we offer several class styles that serve as a great first step.
Our teachers will happy to guide you to do basic yoga poses in gentle way step by step. They also will explain to you how to use props for help you to come into poses and some alignments to avoid you from injury.
Hatha Yoga is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise with asanas that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.
