200Hour Chakra Yoga Teacher Training

Ubud – Bali

This is a unique and comprehensive Teacher Training program in the complete Science of Yoga
with a specific focus on the Chakras. The program includes detailed instruction in the regular asana training related to Chakra Awakening, with specific instruction on what to teach and how to teach, assist and adjust with safety and confidence, then steps beyond, going into the tradional view of chakras
in ancient cultures, and extending into the understanding of energy wheels from the perspective of the quantum fields of modern physics. Chakra Yoga Teacher & Healer Training at Chakra Yoga School is a transformational experience. Our program comprises a daily practice of soma, shatkarma, asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, bandha, yantra, raja and karma yoga complimented by individual contemplation, systematic methods of concentration, and meditation. Students engage in studies and discussions regarding yogic philosophy, anatomy, physiology and psychology as well as practical teaching methods and professional development.

PART 1 – YOGA ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY

The Training Location

The training program will located at Vilage Above the Clouds, an unique Eco-boutique hotel nestled in the foothills of Munduk Andong Kelod, just one-hour northwest of Ubud. Designed by local architect I Ketut Laksamana Baktinadi, Atas Awan Village (Village Above the Clouds) is perched on the tip of an ancient valley sprinkled with terraced fields of rice, flowers and vegetable gardens. Village Above the Clouds is located in the Bedugul area, where there are plenty activities in the near surroundings from cycling, hiking as well as water sport activities.

Devie is a multi-talented and founder of Chakra Yoga Bali. She was born in Balinese priests lineage and born as a gifted Chakra & Crystal Healer. As a Balinese, yoga practice  become her life style but she started her journey in yoga asana and healing when she’s trying to heal herself from many serious illness. On 2006 she start to deepen her knowledge in traditional herbal medicines and ayurveda. And after taking many Yoga Teacher Training Certifications, on 2013 she start share her yoga and healing practice and teach many regular classes, workshops, festivals and yoga teacher trainings. Doing yoga with her is another journey itself.  Her generosity in sharing knowledge will make you see yoga in different way.
